What is ISO 9001
Published and overseen by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), ISO 9000 standard is a collection of management principles designed to ensure that an organisation’s quality management systems meet the needs of customers, staff and other key stakeholders. Within this structure, ISO 9001 concerns the requirements those companies must fulfil if they want to successfully meet the standard.

What are the benefits of ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is one of the most widely adopted management standards in the world, used globally in over one million organisations. Because ISO 9001 must be independently certified, it carries a great deal of weight both within an organisation itself and outwardly to its customers and the marketplace at large.

Many organisations have testified that meeting the requirements of the standard have helped companies achieve superior operational performance and provide a better service to clients.
